We celebrated the National Disability Employment Awareness Month by acknowledging the work of Century 16, a community employer that has gone above and beyond to support individuals with disabilities! Century 16 helps individuals to gain job skills and build natural supports so they can work as independently as possible. They currently employ one individual that has successfully graduated from supports and works independently at the job site!
