Happy Friday, Assets!
We wanted to start today by recognizing a valuable member of our team, and Assets’ newest Employee of the Month, Nick Behling!
Nick was nominated by a co-worker after he was able to negotiate a heck of a deal on behalf of Assets, leading to a significant 5-year savings to the agency! That’s huge!
Nick is passionate about Assets mission and leads our core values each and every day. Here is what Nick’s co-worker had to say:
“Nick displayed the Assets values during these months long process by treating everyone involved with Dignity and Respect. He has made a difference in the lives of individuals served by securing the Assets “historical location” for the future. He continued to improve, adapt, and overcome spearheading the project with the presentation, request letter, and interaction during tours with Trust Representatives. He became the face of Assets at both the Real Estate Committee and full Board meeting of the Trust this February 2025.”
