Jonathan Sasieta has been employed as an Usher at Century 16 Cinemas since early 2013.  The employers wanted to have someone capable of working as a team and also independently.  Jonathan received high marks on his employee evaluation: providing excellent service and encouraging his co-workers to keep up their hard work. 

Jonathan's supervisors noted, "Jonathan has an inspiring attitude that motivates his co-workers."  Since his first employee review, Jonathan has assumed additional responsibilities as Floor Lead and assists with orientation/training of new employees.
